Part of the recipe for GrimHealingPaste was found during AndTheRockCriedOut.
It uses organs and parts that have been attached to TheHellmaid to create a thick black oily paste with healing powers. The parts are boiled and shredded, then mixed with butter and herbs, The herbs counteract the terrible smell of the paste, but have no active effect. An effective paste has been made using parts preserved in formaldehyde. It's not known whether this is essential to the paste's effectiveness.
The effects of the paste have been observed by the group. A small amount applied directly to a wound will close the edges nearly immediately, and can cause even major cuts to heal without a scar. It has also been observed to prevent rejection of transplanted organs, and even limbs. There is circumstancial evidence that it can prevent death due to loss of blood.
The paste seems to have minimal healing effect on bones. Lieutenant Neiss, who used the paste extensively, would use it to transplant bones rather than wait for them to heal, and had several members of his team who were out of comission due to broken bones.
The group has access to only one part from TheHellmaid, a severed hand in a glass jar, stored in 12DevonLane
In game terms, the paste heals 1d6+1 damage, The GM is encouage to adjust this value according to the extent to which the hit points were lost from flesh wounds. Successive applications of the paste do not heal additional damage.
Each recipient should make an idea roll. On success, lose 1d4 san for simply being treated by a paste made of the ground-up bits of an undead monster. If the paste was used to transplant bones, limbs, or organs, 1d10 san loss is probably appropriate.
