The Unity chapel was built by the original settlers. In the years since it has been extended and is now the First Episcopalian Church of Unity, serving the local community.
In January 1922 a renovation project funded mainly by the philanphropist Hilary Merritt has been underway to restore the original chapel to its former glory.
