The district south of the river and north of New Unity. Once quite wealthy but now rather run down since the growth of The Chemical Works district. Since New Unity has begun expanding the area has started to recover.
Riverside District consists mostly of large town houses currently divided or being divided into flats; the SandersonHouse is a prime example of the latter.
