The !!![Northwest]ern slums
The slums on the west of the town are predominantly occupied by black plantation workers, as well as containing some accomodation belonging to JenkinUniversity. JimmyBartlett lives in this area.

The !!![Northeast]ern slums
- The slums on the east side are home to many of the ethnic immigrant groups in Unity, particularly the Irish and the Italians; if someone refers to the Irish Quarter, the Italian Quarter or the Jewish Quarter, they're probably talking about this end of town.
The Quarters are home to the lower ranks of TheMob, the ThreePetalsTriad, and on one occasion even the HermeticOrderOfTheGoldenDawn. The MonahanFamily operate from here, TatianaAptekara's chemist's shop is here, and JuliusErlich's surgery is on the southern edge.
