Probably the least freaky freak at T P Burnham's TravellingCircus, Tracy the Ape had not been transformed by the TransmogrificationMachine, but was in fact an ape, if quite an advanced one.

After being used on separate occasions by both Burnham and TheCharacters as a diversion, Tracy escaped into the surrounding VillersHill area, and is occasionally seen by locals.
