A clear, oily liquid derived from SerdtsePiyavka; legend would have it this is the courage that it sucks out of people. In small quantities, it gives people an athletic advantage, but in large quantities it causes screaming fits and madness. It also seems to be somewhat flammable - see HereBeDragons.
A moderately large quantity of this is stashed in a crate in the BasementOfTheArchaeologyDepartment
