Unusually, even though he's a UniformedOfficer, Officer Mike has a name (it's Mike). Spooky.
OfficerMike has met the characters on a number of occasions (see ThinkOfTheChildren and WordsWillNeverHurtMe), and is on quite good terms with them. He's generally honest and good-natured, but isn't above accepting a glass or two of, ahem, tea from Hayes as payment for a favour. He's also a good friend of OfficerDown.
