During HereBeDragons, it was revealed that he was an employee of ThePasargadeCorporation, and had been using the SerdtsePiyavka to create NerveTonic for both the Dragons and the RochesterJeffersons. It seems likely that he is the same Pavel Tatische who was the son of ArkadyKoldun.
After the players destoyed his machinery for processing the NerveTonic and he did not appear at the Plate match, he was wanted by both the UnityPoliceForce and TheMob; he fled back to New York, where the players saw him working as CyrusHazard's chauffeur.
