Sarah was born and raised in Unity, and still lives in the town. She is 33, and has published several novels, which met with minor success. She recently published TheGraveyardElm, to greater critical acclaim. Secrets, her follow-up in a similar vein, was released at the start of WordsWillNeverHurtMe.
After the events in WordsWillNeverHurtMe, (wherein she stalked herself under the influence of DieTeufelworte), she was committed to UnityAsylum, where she is receiving psychoanalysis. Unlike FranzHoffer, who was too far gone to help, she seems to be making progress, and may eventually be well enough to be released.
She no longer writes, and reads only the most banal novels.
Update: As of April 1924, Sarah is well enough to see visitors. She's still quite fragile, and a way from being able to reenter society, but at least she's starting to put the events surrounding "that book" behind her.
