Clancy Turner is a sergeant at OldUnity police station. He mostly works nights, but he has done some day shifts (UnearthlyGoode)
Turner is more interested in making a living in the UnityPoliceForce than in doing what is right, or legal. As long as the paperwork looks right at the end of the day, he's happy.
While Turner is the stronger man, and definitely the nicer, he admires and respects the intelligence of LieutenantParsons, and is glad to take any opportunity to work alongside him.
